Club Members (especially teachers and Youth members)
EVPC was recently notified that we are a recipient of a USA/Pickleball/Franklin Sports Youth Kickstarter Grant. This grant was awarded to assist in implementing a youth pickleball program in our community. EVPC has a two-prong approach to assist in developing/expanding pickleball in local schools as well as for homeschoolers.
With this in mind, the Emerald Valley Pickleball Club is hosting a free pickleball clinic for students and teachers on Saturday, September 16th, from 11:30 - 1:00 PM, at Meadow Park in Springfield. This clinic will be for youth players, with the intent of developing youth pickleball ambassadors within the schools. This clinic will also be for teachers that want to implement pickleball into their curriculum or assist in developing school pickleball clubs. Lesson plans for instructing pickleball and share a long-range plan for inter school competition will also be included in this clinic.

This clinic would be for all abilities and skills, so please don't hesitate to join us! We have a maximum of 64 participants so don't wait.
